1. Definitions

3.3 Legal Capacity

3.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one account with mctoto. Creating multiple accounts, also known as "duplicate accounts," is strictly prohibited. We employ advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, payment methods, device fingerprinting, IP addresses, and behavioral patterns. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, all accounts will be closed, balances frozen, and winnings voided.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To register an account with mctoto, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. All information provided during registration must be truthful and verifiable.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be considered your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized such activity. You agree to notify mctoto immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

mctoto is committed to preventing identity theft, money laundering, and underage gambling. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, or driving license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the last three months)
• Payment method verification (bank statement showing account holder name, or screenshot of e-wallet registration details)
• Selfie holding your identification document for facial comparison

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed. Documents must be clear, legible, and show all four corners of the identification card.

5.4 Source of Funds

All funds deposited must originate from legitimate sources legally owned by you. We reserve the right to request documentation proving the source of funds for large or unusual deposit patterns. Deposits derived from criminal activity, fraud, or money laundering will result in immediate account closure and reporting to appropriate authorities.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Process

You may request withdrawals of available account balance at any time through your account dashboard. Withdrawals can only be made to Indonesian bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your own legal name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for anti-money-laundering compliance. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction.

6.2 Processing Times

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes during business hours for verified accounts in good standing. VIP tier members benefit from priority processing, with Diamond-level members receiving processing within 2 minutes. First-time withdrawal requests may require additional verification and can take up to 24 hours. Withdrawals requested outside banking hours will be processed on the next business day.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Daily withdrawal limits depend on account verification status and VIP tier level. Standard verified accounts have a daily limit of Rp 50,000,000. VIP tiers have increased limits: Gold (Rp 75,000,000), Platinum (Rp 100,000,000), and Diamond (Rp 150,000,000). Cumulative withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000 require identity verification via KTP upload.

6.4 Wagering Requirements

All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations. Deposits combined with bonus funds must meet the specific wagering requirements outlined in the bonus terms before any withdrawal of bonus-related winnings is permitted. Attempting to withdraw funds without meeting rollover requirements may result in withdrawal denial and account review.

6.5 Withdrawal Verification

8.4 Prohibited Conduct

9. Limitations of Liability

10. Account Termination

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within 7 business days, provided all wagering requirements have been met and verification is complete. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except under exceptional circumstances at mctoto's sole discretion.

10.2 Suspension or Closure by mctoto

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account immediately without prior notice if we suspect breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, duplicate accounts, provision of false information, abuse of bonuses, underage gambling, or any other violation of our policies. Upon closure for breach of terms, remaining funds may be forfeited and withdrawn amounts may be recovered.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. Inactive accounts may be charged a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 or 10% of remaining balance (whichever is lower) after 180 days of inactivity notice. Accounts with zero balance for 24 months may be permanently closed.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online gaming services. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules.
